How does the sales process work?
It is easy and painless. Contact us and request a visit. We will arrange a convenient time when one of our experienced sales people will visit you. Wewill discuss your requirements, your budget and perform a survey on your site. We will then email you back our proposal. No hard sell, and the wholeprocess will be fast and efficient.
How long will the contract last?
Our contracts generally last one, two or three years. The longer the contract is, the the longer your price can be fixed for.
Who will supply the machinery and chemicals?
We are happy to supply both. We will make sure that for every chemical stored on your premises, there will be a COSHH Sheet on display in the cleaning cupboard.
Who will you send to work at our site?
All staff sent on site are trained and supervised to the highest of standards. Where possible we always send the same personnel to your site in order to maintain the relationship and keep up to date with the daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

Client Requirements

Who designs the cleaning schedule?
Our Operations Director will ensure that the cleaning schedule completely satisfies your requirements. You are fully involved in the process.
What if there are a change in circumstances?
Sometimes the schedule needs changing, usually because your requirements change. We will always work with you in order to keep you happy.
Do you do one-off cleans?
Yes, we do many specialist cleans including strip and seals, high level and builders cleans.
What about supervision and walkthroughs?
Your Account Manager will be happy to provide a walkthrough with you on a regular basis to monitorour standards. This is in addition to our operations team, who not only provide training andsupervision to our staff, but also monitor the standards.

Client Support

If I have an invoice query, where do I go?
Our billing team can be contacted by telephone during normal business hours, or can be emailed.
What happens if I have an issue with the service?
You will have a dedicated Account Manager who is your main contact. You will have his direct mobilenumber and he will respond swiftly.
How often will I get a visit from Gasda?
Different clients often request different levels of contact. Most clients request a monthly visit, when we will perform a walkthrough and check the standards with you.
What are your hours of opening?
Our office staff are available 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Our operations team are contactable by mobile 24/7.

Terms Of Business (TOB)

How often do you invoice?
We invoice monthly in arrears.
How quickly must I pay?
Our terms are 30 days from invoice date.
Are discounts available
We always give competitive rates to our clients. Often, discounts cam be larger if payment is made by Standing Order.
Are contracts re-negotiable?
We are always as flexible as possible if your requirements change. In the first instance, speak to your Account Manager and explain how much more or less is required.
